I went to Manila last April and planned on staying here until June for my internship. As usual, gadgets were on my minds always. So there's no denying that I would be visiting V Mall on Greenhills, San Juan, Philippines. So I did. Because for many, this is the place of cheap and affordable original and imitation products from hard goods like smart phones to clothing.
Forget about these fancy imitation clothing and let's talk about the gadgets. All gadget stalls are located on 3rd level of the building.You wouldn't see some well-lit stores with glossy glasses but instead some small stalls where sales people are mostly women Muslims with phones and tablets narrowly layered inside transparent glass cabinets.
Most noticeable brands that would appear are Nokia, Black Berry, Apple, Samsung and Sony Ericsson. Mainly because of trends and the quantity of phones these brands represent on Philippines. These are mostly used and slight used devices, and they're offer brand new phones too but I think if you're buying a new phone you should just stick to a more-decent retailer like in other malls.
Nokia used and slight used devices are the most noticeable on stalls. From your Nseries line ups to the old classic devices, and all of these are smartphones. You could get the latest Nokia N8 at only P12,000 - P10,000 ($300-$200) for slight used and used and some with their retail boxes too, and will still depend on your haggling skills. Same on Sony Xperia X10 price as N8. Black Berry phones ranges up to P20,000 for the latest model. Old devices like Nokia N85 will be priced for P7000 below. There's no Nokia E7 available yet on this place but after some couple of months you would see them appear.

Would try to check other devices but you should take hint of the pricing above for your wanted gads.
Other stalls also offer swapping of device and it will still depend on your negotiations and haggling skills you possessed. And also open line carrier phones are already ready to be used with any sim cards or network.
Next time, I would be returning on this place to inquire and hunt for some old Nokia Nseries devices that my friend favored. And I will check the prices of these devices again. :)
